Certus 140

The Certus 140 is designed to be the premier soft tissue ablation system available worldwide.  Each component of the device was designed with a specific clinical need in mind including maximizing power delivery to soft tissue, minimizing invasiveness, and providing a simple and ergonomically-optimized user interface.

The Certus 140 is designed to deliver:

  • The highest power system available world-wide: 140W on three channels delivering a maximum of 420W
  • Decreased ablation times compared to other devices.
  • Ablation sizes that fit the target tissue size. Small targets can be ablated rapidly with high precision and consistency, and simultaneous use of multiple probes can create large custom-shaped ablation zones.
  • Minimal invasiveness.  Small diameter helps minimize complications from probe placement.
  • Easy equipment setup and minimal operating time.
  • An integrated touch-screen user interface.
  • Probes are highly visible with CT and US.
  • Probes designed specifically for percutaneous/laparoscopic, and surgical use.

The Certus 140 is not yet FDA cleared, and is not yet available for sale.
